My fiance will be having this surgery on Monday so I was doing some research and came across your channel. Thank you for sharing your journey, it has helped me understand a lot. I've been doing the liquid diet with him in preparation so I could try and be supportive as possible and also to give myself a clean slate so we can make a life style change together. I have lost 10 pounds in 5 days so far and am very excited. Keep up the good work!

hiya, for me i have been using the gym, painting my nails, sorting out cupboards and crafts ie making cards and albums its really great. you look great.
