I mean I don't mind but they can make them a bit more fantastical than just the normal wolf. If you watch Being Human on BBC America or the BBC network you'll know what I mean.

@ChayDawg64 I mean you don't have to make it sacriligious, if you watch the movie Gabriel with Aussie hottie Andy Whitfield they never really made it sacriligious. If you focused more on the story and didn't really add God or the Devil but used neutral terms like the Light or the Dark, something along those lies, it could work. But you have to make sure what aspects from religous literature and your own imagination you want to pick and choose.
