@BLACKSHADOW97531 shinsui is not the second strongest captian there are plenty others that are far stronger than him including unohana, kisuke urahara, ukitake (prabably same level) dangai ichigo/hollow ichigo(tecnicaly not a captain but well at or above captain level.) and yoruichi (possibly). so he is definatly not the second strongest captain behind yamamoto.

But you're right about one thing. Ulquirorra is formidable. Very much so. He was able to best Ichigo in this round without using his sword.

Everyone else would've struggled and most likely lost, save perhaps for Kutosutchi and his ultra cheapo tactics. Ulquiorra clearly was weaker than the top 3, he didn't have a hax ability like Respira or could fire a thousand ceros at once, at least he didn't have false assumptions of his abilities, unlike Grimmjoww.

I haven't watched that episode in something like 2 or 3 years, so I'm a bit foggy on the details. Nnoitora threw his sword...thing at Grimmjow, right? And it cut Grimmjow. If he didn't die from that, I'm guessing he bled out or something...

Ulquiorra brings out here he is the 4th espada. Later on in the battle, he Reveals to Ichigo his 2 Resurrection and Told Ichigo no other espada has achieved 2nd Resurrection, and not even Aizen knows about it. He finally admits just because of That, he could be the First Espada if he wanted....Freaking awesome

Ulquirra even admits his own power is inferior to the top three Espada. Yammy is far from overrated, his strength goes up and down depending on his rage, Ulquoirra is the one who is overrated despite his power clearly being lower than three other Espada.

Having a second form would not guarantee his power in that would be higher than the others. Especially to Starrk whose power as a mere hallow killed others within 20 miles of him even after he split himself in two. It took Captain Kyrokyu to kill him.

@xKiDiiZzLe He's not as fast or smart as the others, they caught him by surprise, and it was two of the most skilled captains in the Soul Society. Yammy is only the most powerful in terms of spiritual power which is how Espada are ranked, and his goes up and down.

But since he's one of my favorite characters I choose to believe that he's still alive. Yes he was cut, but earlier he got an arm chopped off and he was still alive, so I think he wouldn't die from the wound Nnoitora gave him.

So unless he could do it in 2 miliseconds, he didn't kill Grimmjow. And yes, Nnoitora meant to kill Grimmjow because if you remember after Grimmjow called Nnoitora a bastard Nnoitora was like "What's this? You're still alive?" then was gonna kill him then Ichigo stopped his "Zanpakuto" and then he magically disappeared.

Even though the arrancar story arc is over and the invading army story arc is over and bleach has began a new story arc, Ulquiorra, and his fights with Ichigo, will always be the best thing about Bleach.

Later on in the battle, he Reveals to Ichigo his 2 Resurrection and Told Ichigo no other espada has achieved 2nd Resurrection, and not even Aizen knows about it. He finally admits just because of That, he could be the First Espada if he wanted....Freaking awesome
