i have the sheet and im learning the song right now, some of the easiest song ever , which gonna take me 2 months to perfect it, hardest song took me like 6 months .. My sight reading sucks , so yeah , and my sheet is different from what u r playin, but the sound is similar , who cares right ? Piano is meant to be enjoyed

I know how to play, but to make sure I had the correct keys, I watched the tutorial by lister2004, and it was posted like, a yr ago, and the 2nd part STILL isn't uploaded, so I don't know whats up--but I'm going to have to learn myself, since MANY people have their own ways of playing, so I can't get the rest from another vid--maybe I can use the keys I originally had..

This is easier way, but only copying. I think you would be more proud of yourself if you tried to learn to read sheets too. And it would help you to play other songs too. =)

No, but he is of high grade in Piano as he is giving hand accents when he plays. I'd say by how he is playing he is at least a Grade 8.

I don't know where lloyd is coming from, but for me, learning sheet music can be really annoying since I've grown up being able to play by ear.

It's that whole unlearning and relearning everything and getting it to mesh right with your brain when your brain just wants to play with the shiny keys. damned attention span..

i'm not trying to be rude, but i really could not learn this song from this tutorial at all. the camera is too far away and it was hard to tell where your fingers were, and i couldn't tell whether you were moving on or going to another section. maybe i'm just slow, but i think it would help a lot if you talked or at least had words show up on the screen, as well as being closer. again, not being rude, just constructive crticism.

i think that the notes are fairly easy to see. if you can see them, just use your ears and find what fits. at this speed it's easy to learn by ear.

I can't read music to save my life. I think working by ear is the best way to learn. I've heard from numerous people that it makes you a better musician to play by ear. Don't know if it's true but I'm finding it easier.
