  • The one wear he tosses the small ball at you while you are dribbling is great for keeping you head up and seeing what is going on around you.

  • great drills. Anyone who knows basketball knows that you have to look at the basketball to ensure control during a drill with a high level of difficulty.

  • Initially the purpose of 2 ball dribbling drills is do force both hands to work independently. Looking down is accepted in the beginning stages to train the nervous system.....but it should not continue as the athletes improves. This will create a bad habit of looking down while you dribble. The super high bounce drill is used to force the athlete to control the ball....when the range of motion is out of control.

  • he had to look down to kind of know where he is going.... im about to go do that tomorrow

  • Yo check out my video, i dont really practise with two balls but i gave it a try!

    Thank you

    Masud Saeedi

  • I do all of these drills nd dey r improving

  • LMFAO I WAS CRACKING UP FROM WATCHING THE LAST DRILL

  • Dumb asses he has to look down sightly so he won't run into or dribble off the chairs.

  • @bproducer lol i wasnt gonna say nuthin but im glad u did

  • hey wait b? is that how you dribble?

  • it's evident you aren't a coach/teacher if you think you have to look up all the time. it comes through progression. learning starts with looking down to reduce the stress during trainings.

the only downside of this are the low pants.

  • If you doesn't look up you can't see what happens on the court, dumbass!

  • Look at those balls move! Lmao.

  • Keep your head up, back straight, and pants up!!!

  • pull up ur pants

  • Dude's gotta look up. This is good but when you learn to do these drills without even looking at the balls, that's when you really got your shit together.

  • LOOK U LOOK DOWN DURING UR FIRST TIME DOING THE DRILL THEN U RELAX AND LOOK UP I SHOULD KNOW I PLAY BASKETBALL

  • Good stuff!

Check out our training video: CoachBBasketball

  • stop looking down...

  • daaaanq ineed tewh qet this kinda ' coachinq!.

    -khewh video thoo...

  • @iamfresh024024 You need to learn how to spell you fuckn dumbass

  • ive never dribbled it real high like that before...

  • w0w

  • everyone takes for granted how easy it is dribbling just one ball. trying to coordinate two balls at the same time is extremely difficult so you have to start by watching the balls before you can just look up. its a progression

    nice drills

  • you go ahead and bounce two balls at once without looking at all

  • That's badd ass

  • y is he lookin down im not the best ball handler in the world but i kno not to look down

  • i was thinkin the same thing

  • Not to be RUDE or anything but the dude was looking DOWN in all those drills u should always look UP when you practice dribbling...thats like the most BASIC part of learning how to dribble a basketball

  • yeah developing proprioception is important, and while looking while dribbling will still increase proprioception, dribbling with out looking with skill an athlete a lot faster.

  • @anmali i was thinking exact same thing but just cuz he does it lik that dosent me we have to do it like that

  • @anmali Thats exactly what I was thinking. Each person was looking down. eyes need to be up. I tell my players in any dribble drill that they must have their eyes fixed on the rim they are going towards... sometimes i have them read numbers off of flash cards that I show as they do the drill.

  • how is he going to see the chairs if he's looking up.... This is the best dribbling drill to date.... i'm a trainer i know pros who do the drill the exact way... Pay attention to the drill and the speed at which he did it at...Its a mental drill

  • Tuve la oportunidad de compartir con Don Khelbic aqui en PR. Basicamente trabajo drilles de dribleo avanzado y un reporte a cada jugador.

  • nice drills and definitely nice handles but isnt he supposed to be looking up when he dribbles, also i dont see the point of the last drill.

  • @KGPF21

possibly to bring the ball up & across the body during a layup

  • @KGPF21 the last drill seemed good to me. PG need to be able to back up when they dribble the weave just helps with forward movement and retreat dribbles. It was a little slow for my taste I think the dribbling and speed could have been better. But thats why they are doing the drills lol

  • @KGPF21 The last drill is great for controlling the basketball. Looks retarded but there is certainly merit and of course he needs to look down, how can he see the chairs if he looks up

  • yo them drills look hard as fuck!

  • nice video.. you guys come show us some drills in hawaii

  • is it ok to use 2 diffrent type of balls, i tried them and they're harder to do because both balls have diffrent surfaces

  • Nice drills!

I couldn't agree with you more about the stationary drills stuff.
