I would never buy those. They don't fit in with the neighborhood at all. Just a bunch of precast concrete and cinder block imitating stone. Very poor quality. It doesn't stand up to the buildings being replaced. As can be seen just to the W near Andy's Music, this development is out of scale and totally insensitive. UGH! This is why all neighborhoods need the development review powers that they have in the Oakland-Kenwood area on the S lakefront. W Belmont makes me sad now.
Condozing... at least we can all be comfortable knowing that these are the developments getting creamed by the market. Deservedly so..
