That was good just a few reminders.. When you pull you foot to your head, you want to grab the middle of your foot and pull it more towards your shoulder. Also when you do your scorpion, make sure you pull your chest up. When you do your splits if you grab your back foot with you hand and hold it there with you head almost straight, then it should get better. (: Best of Luck
