  • lol at the meguiars da polisher

  • this is the guy with the tens of thousands of pounds car washing technique. He's not easily impressed of with the shelf products i'd imagine.

  • which microfiber applicator is that ??

  • Didn't prove anything - no closeups of before and after.

  • Hmm Paul's credibility is slowly dwindling for me. A before and after shot would have been nice..

  • lol!

  • ok, im not listenign to what your saying, and ok again and guess what ok im still not listening to you because i am more clever than you, this body language stuff is easy..

  • Sorry but this video demonstration is worthless without seeing a clear before and after camparo. You did not show the condition of the paint at all and the lighting you used is very flattering to painted surfaces and masks issues in paint. this is just us having to take you at your word that the car had scratches and Paul was able to remove them.

  • i have the simoniz 8inch orbital buffer will that remove swirl marks

  • @carwash1009 I've not used it or seen it before but I guess in theory it might work on light swirls as other machines will.

  • If the surface is contaminated and I use 3M Scratch Remover will it make ir worst?

  • @Bentopt The risk is that any contaminant on the surface will be bigger than the polishing abrasive in the Scratch Remover, so you will cause additional, deeper, scratches. So, best thing is to clay beforehand if you can feel a rough surface and then use Scratch Remover to get the smoothest, safest finish.

  • Is this something that is done instead of "clay bar"?

Or is this something you do before clay bar, after clay bar? In addition to clay bar?

  • @333DARKness The 2 processes aren't alternatives, as such, but if you have both contamination and scratches, you should wash, clay, wash, dry then scratch remove. Otherwise, you can just clay as and when needed or scratch remove as needed separately.

  • @3MCarCare Thank you very much 3MCarCare for your clear answer, and speedy reply. I appreciate it.

  • @333DARKness 3M CarCare...I left another question for you on your video for 3M wheel & tyre cleaning video. Please reply at your leisure.

  • @TechQuerk Not sure as I haven't seen one up close. Might be a bit extreme, though!

  • wasted 5 mins of my life.....

  • i wondered why he didnt use a Flex Dual Action polisher? now that 3m "got him" which is also owned Meguiars, its probably the reason he is using the G220 Machine... but very nice educational video!!

  • it would be more interesting to see it under an halogen lamp!

but of course it's a great demonstration video!

    greets max
