  • bravo!

  • hello all of you this night (its in germany 3,27)

iam a very young piano player (17) too and sure i write pianomusic by myself but when i imagine that i couldnt hear anything i would never write so fantastical music like beethoven

  • this roll at 2:00 is played just... without any feeling. Like the whole 3d and 4th movements as well.

No, no, no, no, I really don't like this version. There are much more interesting interpretations, but unfortunatly, not in this great sound quality.

  • @gwozdezzz I do disagree with you, This is played "Rondo" man, I think this is very good.

  • @gwozdezzz at first I can't believe .. if you are on this level ... and playing such great .. you can;t play without feeling more .. if you do play without feeling .. well you never will reach like this level .. so that is just a stupid comment you put there .. I am really sorry

  • @gwozdezzz Agreed, actually. It seems very dry... This should be a little more humorous and lightweight... I don't know how to describe it but I do agree that this isn't quite how it should be played.

  • magic fingers

  • After listening to a lot of Glenn Gould, it is nice to see a pianist who doesn't mumble during a performance.

  • This is Sonata op.10.no3......the 7th SONATA.........one of most difficult early sonata written by Beethoven!

  • People, this sonata is the fourth movement, its," Sonata No. 7 in D major Op.10 No.3 mov.4"

  • I play this movement too. Her playing is really nice.

  • No, it is not his 3rd piano sonata; it is the third of the three sonatas in Op. 10.

  • for god this is not Piano Sonata Nr.3 by Beethoven

  • just great playing. Very clean and imaginitive

  • The sound of this Steinway just sounds so bright, like a Yamaha or something; either that or she has a really sharp sound.

  • Actually, Steinway & Sons are supposed to be the best in the world

  • is it pastorale sonate? ;)

  • No, Pastorale is Op. 28.

  • She kind of remember me the great romanian pianist Clara Haskil. Tall woman with big hands, hehe.

  • This movement finally fulfills the expectations set by the first movement. Very well played, playfull as it should be. But why such a serious face? With all it's rhythmical pranks, I view this movement as one of the most comical pieces in classical music and it should always be played with a smile on your face!

  • perhaps she's focused?

  • I guess she is a serious person, and her personality doesn't change when she hits the stage. Some people tell humble pianists to put on an air of arrogance when you get to the stage. I dunno.

  • Very good. All the Sonata was very well played!! And the video very well filmed.

    Thanks.

  • Interactivebrokers: Thanks for recommending this video to me. And yes, "the female gulda" is a perfect description of this fine artist. Are you a professional pianist? I think you probably are.

  • PS: The question "are you a professional pianist" was directed to "Interactivebrokers" not Irena. I think we all know after listening to this Beethoven performance that Irena is a professional pianist!

  • The Whole Sonata Was Great! She Played It Almost Great!

  • Excelente, muy bien!!!
