i dont understand ??? why use to on material editor 3 slot? so i watching very tutorial use to one slotfor enviroment and lightig ,refraction

Because that way you can control intensity of the lighting independently of reflections and environment. Sometimes you need more or less lighting from the map, but you want to keep reflection and environment levels.

Can't remember exactly but try assigning a background with V-Ray compatible material or try using Environment override in V-Ray options.
