I did a similar routine a few weeks back and as this guys done, i didnt take my tyre to smash with the
sledgehammer..anyways what did i do...did my first sprint back uphill, grabbed the sledge and BANG first hit..smashed my stopwatch haha. dumb assed me. But yeah good effort on this video. Rosstraining rocks bought the package deal Infinite Intensity, Never Gymless and Full Throttle Conditioning and use it to imrpove my boxing conditioning/strength work. Awesome stuff love it.

You could also just start a wood chopping business like I did.

I do not remember but I did 10 swings with each arm every round.
