sorry i put the last comment down twice ,i have heard rag and bone mens loud speekers from streets but you could probley hear this one from america as soon as they started shouting i had to turn my computer speeker down ,lol.
People leave scrap in their front garden purposely for the scrap man, it saves them taking a washer or cooker etc to the tip, if people don't know the scrap man code by now, they'll just have to learn the hard way, keep metal of value in the back garden morons!!!!!!
