Just at the Cow Palace last week.Heart was there and they played Love, reign o'er Me. I guess to commemorate when Moon passed out during a performance there years ago.
so Tre is polishing Keith's drum kit,then Billie comes up says, "Hey Tre, want some help with that?" Tre jumps up and say, "GET AWAY FROM MY PRECIOUS!" starts hissing, and Billie backs away. that would be funny. and my drum teacher has a poster of the top 25 drummers EVER, and one of them at the top is non-other than Moon himself. i even asked my him if it was Keith Moon, and he said, "Yes, very good!" then he pointed to another one and said, "Then who's this?" "Ringo Starr?" "Yes, very good!"

Keith Moon HAS to be my favorite drummer, along with Tre Cool from Green Day. hey, did you know that Tre Cool uses Keith Moon's drum kit? they do alot of the same stuff, trashing hotel rooms, destroying instruments, all that. drummers like Keith Moon, Tre Cool, and Ringo Starr are big influences for me as drummers and people. in fact, today is crazy day at school and to act just like a mix of Keith, Ringo, and Tre. expect more off the wall chaos than usual.
GREAT combination of music and images. Now, if there's anybody creative enough to combine Moonie pictures/film with the song "Cobwebs and Strange" (released on "A Quick One") - but do it differently than how it was done in "The Kids Are Alright" - *that* would be cool.
