Hi, i am on season 5 at benfica and i just lost ramires but i have been given 5m to replace him.. have any ideas who i can get for that amount who will be good? just pick a good club like São Paulo in Brazil them scout the world, you will see the real ability for them, Kaká for example is rated at 2,5 (fairly good).

making it with scouts isn't very accurate,1st of all scouts would have to be 20 at judging player ability and potential or they risk judging players bad,2nd all management at a club is done in function of the reputation of the club,if I have a 2nd league club the best scout will tell me an average player is 5 stars for example,I'm guessing a club with a medium continental reputation like Porto or Dinamo Kiev would give the best measurements, but you did do good anyway,very good measurements

@FootballManagerBlog for example , scouts of red star will give all of this players 5 stars, but scouts in man utd will give to each player 2-3-4 stars ...
