  • speechless

  • too classy, yowzer. love the devotion to an iconic, groundbreaking style...the girl can't he'p it. jeff beck would be pleased with your good taste...speaking of which, you could take that suit and guitar to the stork club and do "how high the moon" the duo looks so much like a black beauty...or my personal fave...cavern club beatles. if you're gen x or younger there's hope for humanity after all.

  • beautiful. truly beautiful. you play just beautifully and the Gretsch Duo Jet is by far the best guitar ever. well done, my friend.

  • can i pay in pounds to get a guitar?

  • @NHurford1 Yes but the Duo Jet has been sold. Thanks

  • The amp is an old RCA speaker cab from the 40s.

  • what's your amp?

  • hi - can you please tell me what bridge and bigsby are on the guitar in the video - it looks a little different from the Melita bridge on your website photos...

  • Its the same Bigsby but I put on the matching bridge for the videos. It plays easier with out the Melita and its easy to switch from one to the other!

  • Sorry - I meant what was the type of bridge - i cant find one that looks like that on the gretsch website - but i like it!

  • Do you have a favorite brand of flat wounds?

  • Its the bridge that came with the Bigsby. All Bibsbys come with a matching aluminum bridge. Give me a call for more info.

    Thanks!

  • Great playing and love that guitar and tone. Do you have flatwound or wounds on that guitar? Thanks.

  • Thanks! Its got flat wound on it, kinda hard to play with them but it really nails the 50s sound.
