Family Guy is lame. Not even worth parodying. It's a second rate ripped off cartoon that is often more annoying than funny. Seinfeld is the best sitcom of all time. It's secondary and tertiary characters and storylines are funnier than anything Family Guy has ever produced, and funnier than half of what is on television.

There's a reason Seinfeld was the number one show on all of television and Family Guy was cancelled, twice.

Seinfeld was smart, dynamic, and often times subtle humor. Most of Seinfeld's jokes fly right of it's hater's heads.

Family Guy is made for thirteen year old boys with ADD. They drag out 'jokes' WAAAAYYYY too long to make up for the lack of them, throw in several unrelated pop-culture reference flashbacks, and take a few jabs at America/Conservatives - and 'wallaaa', you've got a show.
