Nice. I used to help my grandma make chopped liver a lot when I was growing up. She always had a jar of schmaltz (chicken fat) in the fridge for it. She had a hand cranked meat grinder that we ran the liver, eggs, and onions (we always used raw onion) through. Oy! I can taste it now. Haven't had it in years and now I'm craving some!
She could probably do this in her sleep. I've never had this but would like to try hers.
