@solinkmaster press on the «down» button on the cross and then repress the «down » button when you want to switch it...Do you understand what I mean?

how are you switching between characters? how do you switch the cards like that? to get them in order that you want?

i actually replaced all my normal sword magnus with the sword magnus highlighted in purple i think it was called level b magnus?

I defeated this afterling like it was nothing I did not use the cards used here I used others I think holy is its weakness I used a lot of holy attacks on it you have to hit it with huge combo's especially with Milly since of course she has the ones fire is also good against this.

We have the same cards basically, and I still can't beat that afterling! I suspect I may need more specials in my deck, but still! I can't win against that thing because Valara keeps killing it before I can, any tips you can give me?

Basically, try to arrange big combos and heal when it changes posture, and try to beat it before it changes posture for the third time. Also, Milly can be used to charge MP using a combo in a way like this. Weak Attack, Mirage Turn/Stomp thing, Medium Attack, Canyon Wind, then Strong Attack. It gets you like, 4 levels. Also, if you see it's icon on the turn slide, wait until it passes or you might end up attacking it after posture shift.Also, try to have your guys at about level 25 or higher. GL

Easier said than done, but it's worth a shot, thanks for the help. How much Hp does the roots have and whats its weakness?

Its weakness I think is Holy, and I think (rough guess, judging by the life bar) about 3000-5000 hp. If you want to know, just put the Dragon's Claw in your deck, and use it quickly during the battle. It tells you weaknesses and shows the hp bar. When used with multiple enemies, shows ALL their hp bars.

hey I'm having the same troubles. I am level 29.

I seem to have the problem I get my characters going on huge attacks then the dang thing changes positions so...that long attack I've prepared ends up during the lower position even though I set it up before it's turn...

do you have a count of how many times your characters can take a turn before it changes? or how long during the down position before it goes back up?

hey how come ive tried defeating that damn afterling so many times and you did it on one try when im more leveled up than you? ur hp levels are 1260,1073,and 1113.mines are 1453,1235,and 1238(sagi and guillo are level30 and milly is level 29)and i have all the cards u have so i like dont get it...

thanks I went back and figured out how you switched the cards around...still can't beat it! I even followed a few of the combs you went for...

still not completely sure how you decided what to discard and what to keep...
