Now I'm not going to take sides, I'm an American who likes both versions of The Office. I find the jokes quite subtle on this version of The Office, whereas I'm more used to the U S version. That doesn't mean I think it's better. Basically, we Americans (excluding me) bash this version because we don't understand the subtleties to the jokes. Both versions have a different style of humour. This version is subtle and dry, whereas my version just spells it all out. I just wanted to clear it all up.
