Sure. =)
Once I'm all set on rage:
I keep Whirlwind and Bloodthrist on every cooldown. If I'm above 50 rage, I hit Heroic Strike. And if the instant slam procs, slam.
And whenever I see a boss hit 20% health, spam Execute.
