There are still American POWs in Vietnam and Laos numbering in the hundreds. It is a crime of incalculable proportion. The U.S. government must be abolished outright. It can NEVER be "reformed," only done away with altogether. Voluntaryistdotcom.

It's a CRIME what America did to you Brave Vietnam Veterans and this story makes that CRIME even more cruel and unusual.
My heart goes out to these poor families and the Vietnam Veterans that have sacrificed so much.

Unfortunately, the Logan Act prevents private citizens from negotiating with Foreign Governments directly or these brave men would have been home a long time ago. Ross Perot tried to buy back some of these guys in the late seventies and early eighties. The U.S. Gov't shut him down, under the auspices of "National Security".

Now, That, I do Believe! I hope you get some relief. America sure has some Ass Holes running it! I was a crewchief on a UH-1C Gunship. 18 months at Cu Chi in the 4th Cav., D-Troop. All the Gun teams were a brave bunch of guys!

Would they let his parents pay the ransom? I'm sure they could come up with it to get him back. Would he be allowed to leave whichever country if they came up with the money?
