Oh I hate facebook games my dads wife plays farmville, I've tried in vain to tell her to just buy harvest moon on DS, more content and less frustrating and spam and only one one off payment.

I really think those games are aimed at complete non gamers who have no idea how good games can be. the sims social had a really good idea behind it (im a big sims fan - or at least was until i turned 14 lol :) ) and was almost coaxed into buying this because ive always wanted to play a sims online (and wasnt aware that there was such a game before) but thanks to your review ive saved myself from some pretty huge dissapointment and have managed to avoid wasting a few minutes of my life. This is a fantastically honest review, which is totally awesome. Something you probably won't point out is that you can earn cash in any of these games by signing up to their affiliates with fake US addresses and either temporary e-mail accounts or one set aside for just such occasions. My haunted house in Farmville was thanks to the PBS broadcasting station, who's address is cemented permanently in my head from their info-mercials. "Spokane WA 90078" (or something like that)
