  • looks like a good healthy scran to me

  • I dont imagine it being to sanitary, the plates and spoons are probably not cleaned very well.

  • oh damn, i really the soup in phnom penh...haha

  • that specific hot pot was just a simple broth. The only flavoring/seasoning is the sauce you dip your food in.

  • Asian food considered low-fat and healthy. Most contained lots of vitamins such as these green vegetables shown in this video. Japanese food by far is the healthiest. Cambodian food is also healthy - rice all day every day. No cream, no sugar, no junks. Chinese food would be 50/50 in terms of healthy and unhealthy.

  • @sparkl1nwat3r Whoa, dude, Chinese food paved a path for all of this. The Chinese stuff in the U.S is what I would consider unhealthy.

  • @anythingnew Yeah, that's your view. In my view, I do claim that Chinese food can be healthy at some stage but...there are also a lot of unhealthy side to it. I have seen it all. Mainly at foodcourt in shopping centres, Yum Cha...but that is what made Chinese food so popular is because of the amount of fried and oils the food becomes.
