The Miller-Urey experiment demonstrates that the beginnings of abiogenesis *can* occur; we don't have all of the steps worked out yet, but we're just starting. And mutations also demonstrably occur, and at a huge rate. Some of them are bound to be beneficial. And if, by "increase of genetic information", you mean "lengthening of DNA chains", that happens, too. Your conclusion is not supported by the available evidence.

Check wikipedia for the right definition: Evolution is any change across successive generations in the heritable characteristics of biological populations. The origin of life is a different subject, and nobody has a conclusive idea about how it actually happened on earth. The funny thing is that even if you somehow managed to disprove evolution, that would still not be enough to prove your imaginary god.
