This music sounds strange because it's been played backwards, and also this is not original tempo. My guess is that originally it was was recorded in 120 bpm which is the standard tempo and then increased to 150 bpm or more to match up the fast changing visuals. Recording and then playing back THIS soundtrack backwards slowed down to 120 bpm will reveal how it sounded originally, but..., it might be not as interesting

Definitely an interesting piece, at first I wasn't too keen on the sped up melody but over the course of the song it grew on me, it's definitely a very creative piece that takes a concept and uses it in a way no one would've expected.

this is the same as from the album, it's the 2nd track. it leads into the 3rd track & both come out to around 6 minutes but it's 2 different tracks, not one.
