Awsome vid. Just moved to the area and am loving the sweet descents on the wrekin. Was insulted to go up the other day and find that they have put massive trees at the entrances to stop people riding the route you did in the vidoe. Criminals.

haha wiked video guys its not the eastest of tracks the wrekin AJs ladders have been killed now apart from the few at the bottom the big drop is still their i was talkin 2 him about them he wasnt happy lol btw at the bottom of the track if you walk up the rocky path and turn left at the top keep followin the track up and theirs a 25 foot road gay keep followin the track and bomb it down nice tactical track with a nice big drop at the bottom have fun guys :)
i think its the walkers that pull AJs ladder drops down. i ant road that trail 4 time, i bin ridein the one wid the road gap we call it the ferns cuz of the start. (masahex the ferns is wat i ment long ago, o nd it is way more ft from that over track lol sos)
what a coincidence, i rode that track (the ferns) just yesterday. absolutely fantastic trail :) ... havent got the guts for the road gap yet though, do many of you guys hit it?

fair play guys, that's a wicked video. Either you've got a hollywood sized film crew, or you spend a lot of time filming from the different parts of that trail. I only really hear the Wrekin mentioned in West Midlander phrases, but are there many good trails around there? I'm wondering if it's worth the drive from Worcester for a day out

The Wrekin is a tall hill, but it doesnt cover a very wide area, so there arnt that many different trails, i wish i could comment on them but i have ridden them yet.
If you like what you see in the video, then its worth a day out, just try to remember where i am riding in the vid :)
If your more into downhill, then check out hopton woods, or bringewood.
nice riding man 1st guy needs a helmet but i couldnt ride like this ur amazing and should carry on MTB 5*s all round
