My energy is so low and though I know in my head all the things i need to do in order to keep moving forward, I don't have the heart. I can totally appreciate what you're dealing with, and you're correct: it isn't always easy to do the "right" thing. We often ask God to allow us to be happy, but God has given us the blessing of joy...happiness is up to us.
I also feel where you are coming, as it relates to communicating with God. Some people need physical altars or to be in church...but God answers wherever you call Him from. My best times are in the morning, while I am walking to my bus stop.
