In Canada, every car that was built in 2006 or later is REQUIRED to have an ignition or fuel disabler. Theft of vehicles and police chases are falling dramatically.

If you don't have a disabler in these vehicles your car can't be licensed to be on the road.

A small wireless webcam placed somewhere secure and unoticeable in your vehicle is a good step to at the very least profiling anyone involved in a theft attempt or even a break in. Wire it to your laptop/computer or a recording device and there you go. Mightnt save your car but it helps get the bastards that have the gall to steal.

An what's so dumb about European cops are that when they go patroling, they don't carry guns or any weapons to disarm criminals. They are basicly defenceless, helpless, and at the mercy of criminals.
