@ZeeTymian One we've never fought the Iraqis or afghans. We've fought the taliban, al queda and Saddam Hussien regimes. Two the law you're talking about states " any act committed against a sovereign state without sanction or just cause." So yeah there's no chance that we are the terrorists there. 9-11 was our just cause and both wars were sanctioned by our government and the UN's standards. If any thing we might get a self defense charge. :)

@1111hola You obviously lack an understanding in history...1991, the leader of Kuwait asked the US for help when Saddam's army invaded. The US agreed and then fought back Saddam's forces and when they were pushed back to Iraq a cease fire was declared. SO AGAIN, the US provided aid for Kuwait during an unprovoked invasion by Saddam's army. Obviously the radicals( Al-Queda) do not understand their religion because all of their attack they claim are in the name of islam i.e. 9/11.

He then was able to collect his body and lots of computer equipment by himself, and fly back to America without anyone knowing.
