The cart is made from 1" flat aluminum bar that I bought from Lowes, and the wheels are training wheels. I attached the wheels to another piece of flat aluminum bar and angles up at about 45 degrees and attaches to the side bar. The fabric holds her up and there is only one strap that attaches across her back. There is no weight on her back from the strap because she is balanced in the cart.
