  • for a fat guy your good i mean you have to have some strength to do pull ups with that body even if you barely do it as in go down a little do that 2 times then sit on your butt thus making it where it like starting re-over

  • Man whats the point in that? Who cares that u are better than him? the video shows him doing some hard training, and even tho he may not be great at it, u can see he actually tries to improve. Unlike some people that go around other peoples vids telling them they suck.

  • Nice railwork. The lazy you do into a tuck and roll is pretty good too.
