Uh... there are video cards that let you capture video or use a tv as monitor. I had one in my previous pc. I recorded games in VHS, for example. And sometimes saved tv shows as files and then burn them into Cds. I suposse this is about the same?
@maglad Pretty much, but VERY few can capture in HD. The quality of capture here is hi-res 720p and pin sharp. I don't know what's being used, but would great to see footage of other games too! HD capturing cards or outboard gear can be pricey...
