Hey, I am running the same setup. Looks like you have stock pulleys. Do you? If so what size belt did you use.  I'm close to firing mine up. Any help would be appreciated

@Brainstangs well their after market the alternator is stock pulley,,, i ended up with Gates k060675 i went to the auto part like 3 time till i got it lol .. hope that helps any question let me know! hope it work out fine i sold my kit after it pop out both gaskets....

@TheMReastside i had it for about 2-3 month till i tuned it used for some time couple days an boom!!! f@@@ed up both head gasket!! An melted all my paint on passenger side so i sold the kit!!!!!!!

@MrAeropostale well all the holes were welded .... an all other bigger one were made sheet metal..... lots of work but worth it... look at my other video were i show when i did my engine bay!!!!

@americanmadeZ06 i did it like in a week doing lil by lil 2hr here another 3hr their! fit! ??? its good need to take time to aligned all the piping but power gain is well worth it!!!!!

You have any over heating issues? I bought a 1991 Turbo notch with a HPP stage 1 turbo kit (60mm) and its got a aftermarket radiator but theres huge underhood temps from the hotsides and my car has been over heating. I put Water wetter in the radiator and put a little bit of header wrap around the downpipe that goes near the radiator and so far it doesnt overheat as fast as it used to.

But Im thinking im missing something or havent done something write. BTW it has a Lincoln fan

dam looks real good your goin to be so happy with the power im only runnin 5 psi on my crownvic untuned and its in the low 12's you should go low 10's no problem

@604KINGfiveohh i did it like in 2 week ends an some days during the week! not bad just have patience an if have help even better!!! hehe!! but over all the kit is well build!! as u have it ! just hope that the 76mm u dont have to move your alternator to the passenger side!!

@331lilcoupe having to move the alternator is actually the reason i put the build on hold.. its gettin to the point where i just dont see myself having time to install it, so its goin to the shop to be done.. have u done a road test yet? if so when is full boost acheived??
