@babygirlx24 I have never really been a bird person... I actually got him as a gift so I have no idea how much he cost..but the person who gave me my little bird told me he was the only greyish purple bird there at the shop, and that all the other birds there were green. So I imagine it is quite rare for lovebirds to be born of that color. right now Im not planning to get him a girlfriend because I don't know if I can take care of 2 birds at the same time but someday maybe
@Llarky awwee he is called a Whitefaced Violet. The are usually found from breeders. not at stores. I hope I can find one. ur lucky if someone got you it as a gift cause they are expensive. I seen a baby one for $120.00 I should have got it. cause my lovebird wants to have babies and she is showing signs of nesting and wanting to mate.

@Llarky I have a Peachfaced Green, 3 Cremino's, 1 green one with yellow, 1 dutch blue, and 1 peid. I have pictures on my fb of them.
