Family is very much the focus of these gulf state people and that is to praised!! Yes, they have issues that need to be addressed as does any other country but there is also a LOT of GOOD in their culture! Most westerners believe women there feel abused but that's not the majority from my own personal experiences in the gulf countries. There are women abused everyday in America... Any person who abuses another is a SCRUB...period....and it doesn't matter where you reside.
