You got to love youtube for learning guitar. Such an Amazing resource. Im using it as the foundation for a great new beginner guitar course. Would love to have your feedback on it!
@SitOnMyTurd1994 My band figured out a way to play this song without guitar and with really any discernable chords whatsoever - and it sounds just as good if not better than the original. Check out our new "Crazy Little Thing" video and then you'll realize you're gonna have to rethink your whole understanding of music.
Hi nice lesson, problem is, there are no F chords in this tune, all the F chords you show, should actually be Bb chords, including the fade, which is D, Bb, C, and, not D,F,C as you show.
Watch the live video of this tune, you will quite plainly see Eric playing Bb and not F.
Yes, contrary to a previous poster, Eric did actually now more than just G C and D chords.
Just like to say, the original has no bar chords in it. Because Freddie Mercury played the main guitar part in this (Not Brian May as he wasnt in the studio) and Mercury could only play 3 chords- D, G and C- which are the only chords in the main guitar part.
omg im 12 and my parents got me a guitar for christmas and i finally decided 2 learn a song on it and i picked this 1 bc i dance and 1 of my dances r 2 this song and my parents were shocked when i learned how 2 play this song and love the hair ur a A-W-E-S-O-M-E teacher
@gokasidy gd u picked great music stick with queen songs, if ur guitar is acoustic try is this the world we created, love of my life, or 39 if its electric bohemian rhapsody, killer queen the solo's from those 2 are great and simple
pushing "enough" matters pushing hard all the time makes playing for a long time very hard. as you play and learn you learn the required "push" for the chords and get more efficient.
a better setup guitar helps a lot because you need less strength to voice a chord cleanly.
you dont have to push down really hard, if you do then you need to have your guitar set up properly.
Go into a few music stores and ask if they can show you what Im talking about and still hit a couple of stores just to get a couple of opinions...some wont have a clue what your talking about when talking about the action of the guitar....there are some videos on here that talk about setup, action and entonation, give them a view also.
i watched a video of someone playing it using Cadd9 instead of a normal c and Amajor shape at the third and fifth fret. im new to playing so ive not got all mychords down fully but is that rite?
once again I like the way you teach this is the second video and I really like to learn with you. By the way are you a Music Teacher or something like that?
Thanks for another fun lesson, always learn so much from you xx

Hi. Is that the rare Takamine EN-12C Acoustic? Or is a EN-15? Thanks and thanks for the lesson.

And also... the fade out chords should be Bb C D repeat to fade..

I believe chords just before the descending triplet lick are E half measure A half measure and quick F chord before the 543/543 lick...
