  • I saw these guys in 1978 (I think) at the Hordern Pavilion in one of the best gigs i have ever seen (and I saw lots in the 70s and 80s). They were tight and rocked hard. It was around the time that Lowell George died and they played "Dixie Chicken" in a tribute. It was great night.

  • This is Great !!!

  • One of the most overlooked & under-rated musicians to emerge in the 70 -80's eras!

Rock, Soul & just plain velvet smooth wiskey! Miss ya Graham and we can use a

healthy dose of you now in the creative world!

    <3 you,

    Di ;)

  • Apparently he performs in Minneapolis every Bastille Day. Since that's not a date that comes up on my calendar I always miss it!

  • I like that he's working so hard that he's out of breath and has a hard time saying "The Pink Parker"

  • @bettyfelon1 you should see him sweet while he was playing recently wow!

  • @tvoh01 There's nothing I would like more than to see him play now but I don't think he comes to my part of the world. If he's anything like what you see on other videos here, he's probably awesome.

  • 1979, Festival Hall - Melbourne. Still the BEST live band I've ever seen!

  • just brilliant GP!!

  • I saw this band at the Hordern Pavilion in Aust in the late 80s and they were one of the best live bands I have ever seen. it was the day that Lowell George from Little Feat died and they played a fantastic version of Dixie Chicken in tribute. Still vivid in my mind, great band!!!!!

  • where is the difference between day and night

  • this song still leaves me breathless

  • wondering how difficult it was for him to sing with the full band and horns makes it look so easy

  • Love the energy of this performance. Is it available on DVD?

  • This DVD I can make a copy of for you.

It is unafficial, which means it is free for trade, etc.

Private message me and we can work something out. ST75

  • @Sillything75

Is this DVD still available from you? I'd be interested in getting a copy!

    Thanks,

    Thomas
