I saw these guys in 1978 (I think) at the Hordern Pavilion in one of the best gigs i have ever seen (and I saw lots in the 70s and 80s). They were tight and rocked hard. It was around the time that Lowell George died and they played "Dixie Chicken" in a tribute. It was great night.
@tvoh01 There's nothing I would like more than to see him play now but I don't think he comes to my part of the world. If he's anything like what you see on other videos here, he's probably awesome.
I saw this band at the Hordern Pavilion in Aust in the late 80s and they were one of the best live bands I have ever seen. it was the day that Lowell George from Little Feat died and they played a fantastic version of Dixie Chicken in tribute. Still vivid in my mind, great band!!!!!

One of the most overlooked & under-rated musicians to emerge in the 70 -80's eras!
Rock, Soul & just plain velvet smooth wiskey! Miss ya Graham and we can use a
healthy dose of you now in the creative world!
<3 you,
Di ;)

Apparently he performs in Minneapolis every Bastille Day. Since that's not a date that comes up on my calendar I always miss it!

I like that he's working so hard that he's out of breath and has a hard time saying "The Pink Parker"

wondering how difficult it was for him to sing with the full band and horns makes it look so easy

Love the energy of this performance. Is it available on DVD?

This DVD I can make a copy of for you.
It is unafficial, which means it is free for trade, etc.
Private message me and we can work something out. ST75
