Seems Ag Bell equal as AUDISM! We've to accepted who/what we are! God creation us as deaf children. We cannot destroy our body (Implant Collar) I noticed several of my friends who have implant collar, they aren't happy about it. Also even though they don't speak as well, they have implant collar. I do have hearing aid, I speak very well... I don't think I need implant collar. Even my friends who have implant collar, they don't speak as well! I don't think AG Bell worth all of us!
I'm glad that I'm working at a daycare/preschool where it is strictly ASL environment opened to both Deaf & Hearing kids from birth to 5 yrs old! :) :) I always feel good seeing BOTH worlds learning how to sign and interact with each other! :) :) :)

Anyway, I just wanted to say KUDOS for you to do this about AGBell... Unfortunately, I DID go to A G Bell when I was little.. Odd, my A G Bell was much different than it is now. :( I'm glad my life went into a better direction with ASL than having CI or rely on lip reading & etc.
