OK, a serious question - why doesn't the horn cause the car windows to shatter?

@colblimp ,To break glass with sound you would have to match the fundamental frequency of the glass back at it in order to get it to break. For example, the fundamental frequency is the main frequency you get when you flick a crystal glass to make it ring. You would now need to match that exact "ring" to break that crystal. Typically high frequency breaks glass not low frequency like the one you hear here on my ship horn videos.

The Doran-Cunningham 6-A and 6-B or any 12" diaphragm horns are very rare. They were built in the 1950's. The company is no longer around. You cannot find this in any shop for sale. There are only 2 Doran-Cunningham 6-A's know to still exsist. and about 6 or the 6-B's. Very rare horns indeed.

it's not a car....The XB is just used to transport the horns to a location away from the general public. The horns do not stay in the vehicle.
