  • I am currently volunteering in the home country of my fiance. By the time I leave to go back to the U.S. I would have been in the foreign country. for about 11 1/2 months. We met the third day after I arrived in the country. We met through an American co-worker that had known his brother for approximately six years. What would be the most relevant proof of a genuine relationship? Thanks in advanced!

  • Relevant proof would be date stamped photos, showing the course of your courtship, telephone records, affidavits from friends, co-workers, people in positions of authority that know the two of you as a couple.

  • My boyfriend and I text message through applications on Iphone. The same for calling. We use the application "Viber" that shows how many times you have called your contact, but not when. Also we chat everyday on skype but there is no call history.. We've printed many emails and few texts from this Iphone App.

A question. We've emails and printed texts, and pictures of course. I know how to organize the I-129F package but how to organize proves? We just gathered all papers and that's it? Thanks !

  • How to organize the evidences. This is something I spend the most time on

with all of my clients. You look at each evidence, and choose enough that proves your point. ie: long, regular, sincere relationship. Once you have selected enough to prove your point with one type of evidence, then work on the next. This means if a dozen pages of emails is good enough, don't submit a thousand, find a different evidence to support your case.

  • MY fiance and i are private people and do not take alot of pictures we only have one together. we have met in the past two years and we skype often. is another visit to see each other and take more pictures needed. i dont want the petition to "fail"

  • If you don't want your petition to "fail" then you should rethink your policy on being "private people" and only have a single photo after 2 years of relationship.

  • I unfortunately do not have a phone susbcriber where i can print my call logs or text messages. I am able to print my band account info and highlight the times i have recharged my phone card to speak with my fiance. will that suffice?

  • Yes that is unfortunate. Proof that you paid to make phone calls. Does not demonstrate that any of the phone calls were made to you fiance. Couples should seek telephone services which provide itemized call logs. I recommend an inexpensive calling card that provides two months online records. This is at fianceevisaservices. com

  • most consual officer from oversea they are terrible, rude, humiliate, insult, mannerism, prejudice, races, you name it,just because they have authorities to handle the visa case, they treat people the way they want.no one realize this, someone need to keep their eye on this consular and do investigation, many people are suffer from their case that been denial without no reason, how can the officer prove that some couple relationship is real or not, when they submit phone bill.picture, text, letter all.

  • Yes. Many petitioners have very unpleasant experiences at the consulate. The only way to proceed is to do the best you can in preparing for the interview. Make sure the evidences are complete and believable. Make sure all the t's are crossed and i's are dotted.

  • Another great video, I married my filipina wife last week in Davao Philippines and need to start the paperwork. My wife has a daughter that will be coming with her and I will adopt her here, so I'm sort of lost on that issue.

  • You should provide with your petition what ever proof you have. A phone bill that shows an incoming call from your fiancee is just as good as his phone bill showing his call out to you.

  • i have been with my fiance for 5 years and seen my fiance in texas i think 8 times already but i didnt know i had to keep these but i am going again to see him in june isnt there a way i can just keep that cuz he does use pre paid cards and i dont keep all my phone bills but it shows on my bill every month i only talk to him more then anyone does this help
