  • U didn't leave the navy u pussy because of the "bad training methods" u were never in it. If u were u would have learned the way they do it is fifty times better than lifting weights at a gym. A 100 pound SEAL could kill a 250 pound person in a half a second

  • im 13 and i thought i was doing pretty well until i got to the pushups... thats tough

  • I can never hang with them on that third set of dips.

  • @hammyman123 It's called a leaning rest. Want practice? Instead of doing Dip sets, just focus on the downward movement of the Dip, and resist gravity. You'll make progress, fast.

  • I think its cool how the trainer does the workout with you instead of sitting on his ass like coaches!

  • This is natural workouts...whoever goes up to the gym ends up bigger but alot heavier..these workouts will leave you agile, swift, and strong , and not even as bulky as the gym goers!!

  • @TheABLTZ You can still be quick and agile with weights, just make sure you work on those other areas.

  • Russian №1

  • I would be fucked after the warm up

  • THOSE SHORTS LOOK.. WELL I WOULD NOT LIKE TO SAY

  • Osama Bin Laden disliked this video 5 times before the Navy SEALs broke his fucking face.

  • @ArcticRhino what kind of exercises do you do?

  • @ArcticRhino because navy leaders are not open minded and they insist on sticking to outdated training methods. thats why i got out.

  • @ArcticRhino pullups, pushups, and dips are great exercises but when left unbalanced, it causes one side of the body to become far stronger than the other. this will eventually lead to bad posture and injury. pullups are a vertical upward pulling movement. where is the upward pushing movement? same for pushups. its a horizontal pushing movement. where is the horizontal pulling movement. and dips. don't get me started on those

  • Damn, im a poor exscuse right now, thats going to change i WILL be able to do this workout no matter how long it takes me.

  • oh my god, seal instructors are dumb. pullups, pushups, dips? lets see how many years it will take for these idiots to figure how to create equilibrium to these exercises.

this is exactly why i would never go specops. the training methods are incorrect and harmful for the body.

  • How many sets do we do?

  • Navy Seals and Israeli commando's train on both raw power and endurance power, we also do these exercises, it give quality strength, the target is not specifically looking big, besides when u train hard like this u will be come bigger by the time, there is no need to worry bout that

  • The seal w the brostasche has killed at least 10 people in his life time

  • @Mtmcgjr Four of them for saying he has a Brostache! LOL

  • The seal w the briers he

  • i do this 4 times a week, and i keep up with every excecise, calisthenic training is the best for physical strength

  • @DezyreHD sweet. add more

  • are you kidding me the Navy SEALs sing cadences bashing the green berets and rangers????????????????? wtf???

  • @LteeP every branch of the military does this its just a joke they all have respect for each other

  • @LteeP no shit all of the forces roast on each other

  • officer dangle leads these workouts from reno 911 hahaha

  • Marine force recon hoo rah

  • bet that this kill all other EXTREME WORKOUTs

  • just a side note: military pull ups are all half grip. not full grip. so tuck that thumb behind the bar and enjoy your work out

  • @coinz45 what is the name of the cadence they are chanting at 2:21?

  • @nvyseal6606 I wanna' be a Navy SEAL

  • @nvyseal6606 Just type in Navy SEAL cadences, an it's one of those that pop up...

  • Does that song at 2:00 have a name if it does what is it?

  • These are the seals, most people responding are probably fat and on a very unhealthy diet with very little exercise in their daily lives. This doesn't ruin your joints when your in shape. But that could take a year or more to achieve that level of fitness with intense training to build up to. Many are to weak willed to do.

  • Oh hai, You should try That new intellectus 424 diet (Google the name). Me and my friend lost a lot of weight best result ever.

  • 7:02 that man doin' pull ups is gonna' fuck up his joints.

  • 6:45 LOL Thats the Blue Mountain state guy!

  • Oh an also this is a fantastic core workout

  • 3 pullups only? lol :D

  • Are you only doin 3 pullups each set?

  • is really what they do everyday?

  • gr8 video!! hoo-yah seals!!!!!!!

  • Dips are the hardest for me.

  • @FeralArtist dips come naturally as you continue to workout. I never use to do dips and knocked out 20 first try. It's not that they're hard but you feel like you might slip up at the bottom. They're really easy.

  • @rothris2 check out strengthproject on here. it helped a lot when i was starting with pull ups. i couldn't even do one now i'm doin 10+. it's gonna take some time though, it took me about 4 weeks to get 5 pull ups.

  • This video helps your body in muscle stamina, and a little in muscle gain.

  • @cswolfy you shouldnt use the word "little", it doesnt build as much muscle as free weights but it does build a healthy amount of muscle

  • @archilles891

I don't want to argue, I've been training with this elite workout DVD for about 7 months. I have noticed it helping me in building a lot of muscle stamina. Of course it builds healthy muscle, but as in muscle stamina.

    Hooyah Navy SEALs!

  • @cswolfy ive been using it for about the same amount of time and i completely agree but its not like a very little amount of muscle gain but as far as muscle stamina, its amazing

  • @archilles891

Yes, thank you. This is a great video for training for the SEAL Teams! Motivates me so much.

    Hooyah!

  • that guy in the front at 5:02 is just plain dying.

  • will this help me gain muscle?

  • @Dek1G40 I don't want to be condescending, but have you ever heard the saying " No such thing as a stupid question."? Yes, this workout will help you gain muscle. Eat right, work hard and you will gain muscle.

  • @BluntRip thanks, i was just wondering because of the high repititions...ive always been taught anything above 8-12 reps wont build muscle

  • @Dek1G40 Well, the 8-12 reps thing is partially true. SEAL's are more about building endurance rather than looking like body builders. You will build bigger muscles lifting heavy weights, but you are using your body weight for these exercises.

  • @BluntRip exactly so im not gonna get any bigger doing these am i, cos im like a twig but can nearly complete the workout :/

  • @Dek1G40 Are you slow? Just look at the candidates in this video, do they look big? Yes. Look at any Navy SEAL, are they big? Yes.

You can nearly complete this workout? Get yourself to the point where you can complete this workout everyday and you will get big, duh.

  • @BluntRip if thats what you define as "big" your a retard.

  • @Dek1G40 You said you were "a twig" and it takes years to get "big". I have a feeling your goals are unrealistic. If you workout everyday and eat properly, the most size you will gain in a week is equivalent to a thimble. Check out this channel: Scooby1961.

  • my friend, my name is andres de chile, I do not speak English. I would like to ask if you can write the detail that gives the instructor to be able to translate into Spanish thank you very much

  • take a look at 6:45, looks like tchad from blue mountain state.

  • @6yKing He does lol

  • This has inspired me to shape up and lose weight, i just want to able to complete these workouts cos there fu**ing awesome!

  • Why are the instructors wearing short shorts?

  • @anthcybo Read the 2nd highest rated commet.

  • @SSgtParmer this is the orientation that lasts 5 weeks before the first day of class begins.

  • why do all seal instructors have dale earnheart mustaches

  • @killadingahopper because they are that manly

  • @killadingahopper much of a mans power is derived from his stache

  • ahhh! that would dislocate all ma shieetttt

  • THAT'S HOW A MAN SHOULD WORKOUT !

  • The guy instructing is middle aged and hes still a beast

  • if you have a lot of trouble doing any of this start out by going to the gym and getting some muscle started. get your body used to the idea and then try these workouts. the seals exercises aren't meant to bulk of and look muscular, they're designed to build your core strengths and make you agile.

  • I'm guessing a lot of the guys in these videos are dead now.

  • @livinlvis Most of them rung out, the rest went on to kill.

Navy SEALS are rarely KIA. Because they are the best at what they do.

  • I think dips is difficult

  • woooow they done some pullups, there tough!

i remember doing alot of this in the playground on the climbing frame when i was a kid. it must make me a Navy seal.

  • @BoyMunkey08 ha i bet if you went into the service youd cry after a day

  • its not that easy budy this is only a little workout this is nothing compared to BUDS and the BUDS hellweak will really get ya good.

  • @NavyxSEALxGuy lol I know im messing around, ive seen documentry on full BUD'S training.

Im a boxer and (EX) Martial artist (Tae Kwon DO) and my proffession is a personal trainer, also qualified Lifegaurd,so this kinda training like in this video comes easy to me,ive been doing it many years and realy enjoy it.

  • they make it look so easy

  • I can't do dips to save my life!!! I do up to 2, but then my shoulders and traps feel like they're in a vise. In this video, their elbows are up to their ears. I can get my elbows to shoulder level and my tris parallel to the ground. Even then, my traps feel like they're being squeezed. Can anyone help me out with this problem? And does anyone have tips to improve my tricep strength enough to actually do more dips?

  • are your push ups weak too?

Do you or can you go to a gym with Assisted dip machine? Close grip bench press, regular bench push ups will all strengthen the muscles you use to dip. However, as you can already do a couple of dips just do em several times a day if possible for example crank out the 2 that you can currently do wait 5 min crank out another 2 a few hours later do that again repeat again a few hours after that.if you do that it wont take long before you notice your max reps going up.

  • stretch your joints and muscles and workout a little, you dont have to bulk up just get some muscle and that'll help ya a bit

  • @NavyxSEALxGuy how similar is this to a normal BUDS workout (Hell Week aside). From what I've read on the training (Luttrell, Couch, and others) this seems more like what they described as what happened in INDOC.

  • @bobhoola7 Martial arts push up?! do you have down-syndrome?

  • I must. Does that mean individuals with IQs lesser than 65 can make your Navy Seals teams?

  • Your full of shit bob your a fat ass idiots wannabes lol

  • And you clearly need to apply to the USMC as you lack both grade 8 diploma and a few front teeth. ;)

  • really only 3 pull-ups per set?

  • lets see you do it . . .

  • Gladly. Now if only I had a video camera...

And I meant no insult to ths SEALs by it. I just always thought of SEALs as Rangers of the sea. And Rangers have to be able to do at LEAST 6 to graduate Ranger School, though it's recommended to be able to do 12+ if you want any respect.

  • No, i didnt mean do 3 pull-ups, i meant lets see you do all those pushups, situps, jumping jacks, running, swimming, dips, etc. and then lets see you do some pull-ups and how many.

  • Hah, you're still this testy after I explained myself? You must not be a SEAL, because somehow I doubt a Navy SEAL would get this worked up over someone mentioning the differences in Ranger & SEAL PT requirements. And on another note, why would I do all of that BEFORE my pull-ups when the pull-ups were the first part of the SEAL workout? Are you telling me that as a civilian, I have to be BETTER than SEALs just to compare them to Rangers?

  • To answer your question, NO you dont have to be better than SEALS, and where do you get me comoparing SEALS with RANGERS? You are right, pull-ups do come first in the work-out, but if you were going through SEAL training then you would do this PT along with tons of other workouts, so pull-ups might not necessarily be the first thing they do because they ,may do this after another workout session. Also im not getting worked up over it, and no i am not a SEAL, but thats my dream.

  • Amazing,I can barely do 4 tricep pushups, this video motivates me to work out more

  • Was this at their INDOC?

  • I needed the motivation for push-ups

  • I heard a good tip on how to improve your pushups by watching TV. Whenever, there's a commerical, drop and do 30 pushups. The more TV you watch, the more of a workout you'll get. Hope that helps. I'm going to try that too!

  • All of the Workout is Safe except:

    Windmills

    Back stretch

    Cherry Pickers

    Cross-overs(hamstring stretch)

    Hand-to Toe Sit-ups

    Stand head to knee

    Standing hamstring stretch

    2 Person Thigh Stretch

Please, take my advice and skip these.

  • No lie. this is true

  • i think this is indoc...too easy to be the actual thing

  • yup

  • those dips are killer. The instructor and one student held their dip for over a min. Strong dudes

  • How long is each daily PT session in a day for these guys?

  • regular pt, log pt and many other forms of exercising

  • Well I haven't gone through but from what I've read and seen, it really doesn't end.

  • until second phase, they basically just do pt all day, maybe a break or two for some learning, but expect to do pt for a solid 10 weeks at least

  • i think this is what that 5 week pre-training course is.

  • Wow this is really old, you can tell b/c they don't wear those pants anymore and the pull up bars are behind the dip bars. They do a lot more repetitions also.

  • @whiteout130 sdf

  • @whiteout130 true you wear the BDU's now

  • @whiteout130 at the end of the last vid it said it was made in 1996

    THATS ALMOST 15 YEARS AGO!!!

  • @whiteout130 so...are you saying this Navy Seal workout is actually more brutal then their current program?

    b/c if that's true, then that's good =D

  • @whiteout130 yeah i was gonna say at least in the pull exercises the reps dont seem that much...at least for a navy seal

  • @Str33tFiGhTeR1 Well, you have to remember something. These guys have been grinding all day since 4-5 am in the morning. They've been surf tortured, done surf passage, and all kinds of other exhausting shit before they hit that pull up bar. This is a very calm session and there are a lot of things at BUD/S which are not video taped...

  • @whiteout130 Who cares, its still a good workout

  • @whiteout130 I bet the DI's still wear those short shorts still

  • @whiteout130 yeh when you have a 14-15 hour day 3 reps with 30 second rests will start to wear you down after 2 weeks, especially when you have to do 800-1000 pushups some days, jogging, carrying a 120lb boat, going in freezing cold water, ab exercises, not sleeping much, etc etc plus then hell week 4 hours of sleep total in the span of 6 days, plus 23 hours of physical exercise a day.

  • Is this actually from BUDS or is it a prepratory session for BUDS? Thanks.

  • THANK YOU!!!
