Wow, I'm surprised how many videos there are that I'm from back then. I was a banner carrier and I remember how f*!king heavy that thing was!!! It didn't help matters any when we had to hop and skip as part of the routine. When someone was missing, which is why we had to carry that thing (8 aluminum sheilds and like a 10 foot heavy aluminum bar), it was twice as heavy. Thanks for the memories.

Oh, to clarify, I AM in this video holding the "A" and "L"... I really wasn't a fan of the march back then (The Mad Major), but it was what it was :)
