  • Fantastic!

What a fine and talented young lady...may you continue to use your talents to the Glory of Almighty God. May the Lord continue to bless you for his purpose!

Faithfully in the Name of Jesus Christ Our only Lord & Savior!

The reverend Jeffrey L. Funk, Rector

St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Hazleton & St. James Episcopal Church, Drifton, PA

  • This was well played!!! I'm speaking from pianist/organist point of view.

  • Amazing is the only thing that comes to mind. I'm fifteen and have been playing for only about 3 years but never really focused on pedals for about a year or less and i've manage to easily use both feet the next thing for me is starting organ music.

  • ... WTF, I play the piano and oboe, too!

And the ocarina, and the harmonica, and the recorder, and Mario Paint, and... wait a minute, that last one is a program!

  • What on earth is that awful noise on background?

Are there people stumblibg around or so?

  • awsome im learning to play this piece right now.....where is hope academy because the organ is really nice looking and has a wonderful sound

  • I wonder if people actually know the real piece this is from....

    Nobody?

It's Mouret's Rondeau for Trumpets, Oboes, Strings and Timpani.

  • @tokkemon....who cares it sounds better on organ anyways

  • @halonotredame1 It really doesn't. At least this arrangement.

  • @tokkemon....well yea sort of but i have heard on alot more organs and it sounds really nice and im learning it to so yea....and i have heard it on a lectronic organ with alll the different sounds and it sounded amazing

  • Excellent job! You have a promising future ahead of you. Keep up the good work!

  • ja mooi gespeeld gel mooi

  • fantastic!!!

  • I was goofing off a work and had a craving to hear this rondeau. Nice job!!

Leo at U of P ssshhh....

  • AWESOME as always Bethan! You are a very fine musician! Keep it up! You'll go far!:)

    --Robyn--

  • Bethan! wow...i don't know how I stumbled upon this video of you...remember me, Joe Merchant...the bassoonist from TRYPO? I love that organ...I played for a few years and I was fortunate enough to get to play that organ right before it was restored. See you around.

  • That was fantastic! Such a talent from a very cute girl! She will be famous someday!!

  • you are amazing - 13??? what a talent

  • mooi gespeeld, excellent playing!

shame to the people making the noise.

why can't the keep quiet during the music.

  • Finally found you! Excellent playing! Next time I'm in Pittsburgh I want to see this organ. (It was good to meet you at St. Paul Cathedral on the 6th!) Keep up the good work!!

  • C'est Si Bon!

  • Do we have a future church organist in the works here? Very well played.

  • Very well done!

    BMP

  • So well done. Quite a talented young lady.

  • I am very, very impressed. Proud to be from Pittsburgh, too.

  • isnt that the same organ that virgil fox played on just before he died

nice playing by the way lol

  • Nay it was Five Manuel this one is FOUR! but Virgil was the best!

  • Very, very well done!! Hopefully, the future Dorothy Papadakos. Wish I had talent like her..........Good job Bethan!!

  • I'm sure Jean-Joseph Mouret is rolling in his grave over having his "Rondeau" called The Masterpiece Theater Theme.

  • :-DDD

  • Very well played.

  • What's next???!!!!

    Very solidly played.

  • Very good! I wish I could play this piece as well as you! I played an Goulding & Wood in my video! They are good instruments!

  • So good to see that young people still love the organ and there will still be organists for many years to come!

  • This girl does a fine job on a piece that's familiar, yet still has a few surprises. Here's solid musicianship and good technique in a promising young organist.

  • What a fantastic organist! Amazing in one so young!

Great video and an inspiration to all aspiring musicians.
