Miles per hour is not a unit for momentum. 4.5MPH is very slow for a bicycle.

@drvirgilmd Riding a bike and slapping an ass is difficult, not to be tried by the unskilled. It is best to come in at a slow rate of speed. You would look kind of funny if you fell off your bike seconds after slapping that booty.
