I have not heard of this news. But this adds to the many reasons why Appalachian Ohio counties should secede first from Ohio who gave the rights to Southern Ohio resources (coal,etc.) to big businesses, and after the boom left us poor & our land rapped. Then 2nd we should secede from the federal government who originally took the sovereignty of our state, made deals to destroy our countries, & have stolen our right to self government! I will fight for the foothills of Southern Ohio!

it is sad. they literally raped that area and the people. that crap leaches into the soil and the rivers and, you guessed it, the water supply. i grew up in scioto county. for the last five decades the spectre of CANCER has prevailed....and its not leaving.

I would be informed on which laws would allow that to happen and maybe even look into how its "treated" stored, etc. Then maybe look into who the dump would Answer to if anything happened and look for signs of trouble and report anything over their heads!Thats if you cant stop them. I live in Stark and I hope you make them see that Ohio is a very beautiful valley, I hope she can still remain one.

My dad helped build the A-plant in 1952 Little did we know that they would just ignore any common sense practices. I'm so sorry.
