  • I work overnights and with an 8 to 12 hour time difference from here to Europe I was watching every Obama speech and interview live unedited. The way Fox News has chopped, snipped, and cut some of what Obama said is deplorable. They (with no surprise) left out all the positive things he was saying about America.

  • Why does this guy feel the need to bash Obama and not reaffirm his own beliefs to other people? If I were running for president, I'd probably go for the image that I was a good candidate rather than the other person was a bad one.

  • I am glad McCain lost. McCain is pro-amnesty, pro-bailout, wants the war to go on forever, and is not strong on proposition 8. Sarah Palin is the only reason he got above 25% of the vote.

  • Mccain is the cause of present DERESSION AZ has most default MORT in US corruptor of

    Keating5 Symington4 ENRON airbus BILLION$contr

    to FRANCE,OCC,teachers pension fund.

  • Obama 08!!!

  • what a puppet, mccain is just throwing out buzzwords and not answering the questions.

    Embarrassing!!!!

Too old, not smart enough, all the same old stuff!!!

  • THIS IS PROOF OF THE TRICK PALIN PLAYED WITH HER SUPPORTERS DURING HER SPEECH!!!!

    GOOGLE "Obama's legislative achievements"

  • Want to hear a war story? Ten soldiers went to battle. Nine soldiers did an excellent job, destroyed the enemies and came home safely. One soldier screwed up, shot down, and was put in prison for five years. 40 years later, nobody remembers or cares about the nine soldiers, but the one captured soldier is called a hero and continuously day after day after day uses and exploits his prison experience as a qualification to be President.

  • mccain 08!!!!!!

  • OBAMA 08!!!!

  • MCCain shut the fuck up and listen to her question .. U r a dumb ass

  • Wow, McCain still claims the Iraqis didn't want a timetable. They've been saying it a long time but Bush/McCain just kept ignoring them or pretending they were mistranslated. Obama got lucky they endorsed his withdrawal timetable, but the GOP made the luck by blowing off the Iraqi government and forcing them to go so public with their desire to have US troops out. The bushies wanted a puppet, not a sovereign government. Turns out it's Obama, not McCain, who is really listening to the Iraqis.

  • Amen!

  • This guys an idiot the Gen is going to do whatever the president wants to do regardless of what the Gen (personally wants to do ) He works at the pleasure of the president.

  • McCain conveniently forgets everything that happened before the surge. He was wrong on going to war in the first place, and Obama was right. He says we risked the possibility of a wider war. Why didnt he think of that when he voted for this unnecessary war? He seems so proud of his surge.

  • Man this guy is stupid! He might be dumber than Walker H.

  • This may be hard to believe, but is it possible that McCain is dumber than Bush? Could that possibly be true?

  • It's possible.

  • I honestly don't get why Obama is being treated like a rock star on a world tour. I suppose the media is SO incredibly biased that they are using everything in their power to promote their liberal candidate.

The American people want a President for a leader...not a media darling.

  • dont u c, that IS the point. people today take political advice from hollywood films, from hippie musicians, they like the "coolest", not the most experienced, they like something new, not the best for the nation, they accuse FOX as propaganda while they are completely brain washed by left wing media.

  • Meredith, should allow the person being interviewed to complete their answer.

Talking over people as they are answering is VERY impolite.

McCain stated his opinion on Afghanistan in his answer, try listening.

Quick answers are not the solution to our problems, just as slogans aren't.

"Yes we can" is interesting, but not an answer to our problems.

Obama changes his answers so often, I'm surprised he can keep track of which answer he is going to use from speech to speech.

  • I have to agree with you...atleast he keeps talking to make his point...McCain is a LEADER we can trust...he is right if we had withdrew or did what Obama stated we would have a big mess on our hands...

I respect John McCain to have the courage to go on MSNBC...why won't Obama go on O'Riely or Greta...Chicken Little...

    McCainocrat in November

  • I'm not a great fan of McCain, but I would never vote for Obama, and before the typical reaction comes in , it has nothing to do with his race.

It has to do with the BS he is trying to sell America.

  • what a rambling idiot

  • She asked him about Afghanistan and he starts talking about Iraq! LMAO! I'll take that as no answer.

  • Nah, Meredith doesn't have good follow up questions... she still needs to be educated. But hey, have you seen Tom Brokaw on MTP lately, he's been giving people hell... Fiorina, and Gore got a pretty good grilling... Schwarzenegger had a walk in the park, though. He's going through things though.

  • My god! meredith SLAMMED him on this interview. either the way, he needs to be accountable. why does senator mcccain constantly try to run the clock with his lon winded answers?
