Sorry but just being in the DB Brand doesen't make them good alone.

The games aren't good, even though i think they could be better and with better I mean ALOT better to the extent of being Top Selling games even for non-DB fans.

Both the PS3 and the Xbox360 are easily capable of making a game like BT3 with the flying over the whole map, but with destroyable surroundings, maybe the "World" reacting to the fight itself.

Those games are just basic,

Hit-Ki-Avoid-Power up-Finisher, nothing more.

looks like they screwed it up to me..... hell they had a good thing going with Tencichi (sp) the whole fly around the entire map thing was amazing. Dont get me wrong it looks good for this type of (comparitively 2d) DBZ game but still damn I am really dissapointed that they acctually went back to that style... I was looking on here to see if it was worth getting...... to bad they did away with the "full map roaming"

i can most likely fuck you up in that game too! i have all the dbz games... i hate that its split screen and that there is too much room. that game is for pussies who like to run from the fight. Bodokai and Burst Limit both have a full shared screen and not that much room so ppl who like to run away cant.

I agree with this, to an extent. If I'm fighting someone, I don't like the idea that he can run away or hide or what ever.

Budokai games (and now Burst Limit) are pure FIGHTING games.

Now, having the over-your-shoulder style for STORY MODE would be pretty impressive, and I look forward to when they will have the foresight to do that.

Personally, I liked this game it is a great fighting game but still doesn't stand to the Dbz standards....What they should make in the next game maybe is a hybrid of every dbz fighting game (Budokai - Tenkaichi - Burst - limit) That would be cool...

HELL NO!!!!! Budokai 3 was 10x better then this piece of shit, you cant charge ki, you cant destroy the enviroment as much like in budokai 3, the ultimate moves look like shit, and this game only goes to the cell saga.

Sigh....yes this looks amazing, but its basically just a graphically enhanced version of budokai 3, plus, I've watched a bunch of these fights and have yet to see free flight, or any type of ki charge, just straight maximum power up, which is stupid, dont get me wrong, I love all the games, I have every single one, but this game has no innovation whatsoever except for the graphics. New forms of gameplay for next gen please.

Real Talk; this is just a surgically enhanced version of the Budokai series. No free flight at all. I havnt seen a Ki charge , but im sure its there. I can't go back to DBZ square one. Im waitn for the MMo DBZ check for that.  Its sure to Innovate the DBZ genra

yeah it looks good but its cheaper to get budokai 3 cos its the same game , not good graphics but more characters and fun cutscene moves, but when you think its a sequel cos the budokai series was good but the only difference i can see is the graphics changed from b1 to b2 so this could be called budokai 4

I have actually played the first few levels of this and its not all the same, for example the energy system is different (it comes back automatically rather than you having to stop and charge it up) and while you say there is no free flight you often start the fight on the ground and end it about a mile up in the sky, you really can go a LONG way up. True its not really free but for a fighting game thats probably better Also this game feels much faster and more responsive than any game before it

Yeah, I know, but I'm just surprised to see that after all these years, Dimps hasn't gotten Cell's voice like it was in their dub. In his imperfect form, he sounds one way, in his second form, another, and his perfect form his voice sounds different again. In this clip from the game, they gave Cell his perfect form voice while he was in his imperfect state.
