@Fermas3 if I am not wrong your laptop has a quad-core processor and better gpu. However, in terms of portability, display sharpness (Z-series has adobe RGB 96% coverage), and aesthetic, Z is far more superior.

i think this laptop is suck...why we need more more more wire..nowdays is a wireless..the box outside the laptop is very disturb when u try to move your laptop to another place because u need to unplug many wire. i can accept if the laptop's price is cheap but it is too expensive and more wire. how this sony's engineer think about the design?

This is not a gaming laptop. An AMD 6650m is a mid-range graphics and if you plan on playing BF3 on it you'll probably have to play at a low resolution (1280x800) with low settings. Also, Sony underclocked the GPU so of course they don't want you to game on it.

@bavred1 No, the SSD's are in RAID 0, they are built into the motherboard, they are not the traditional 2.5" style. You can not add any HDD at all. If you need more space, I recommend a 3.0 external HDD.

Compatible for 512GB SSD with self installation?  Yes, but not all 512GB SSD will fit into the space. You could potentially self install, however you may need to customise the mount to fit the SSD inside as all the vendors have different mounting mechanisms.

@RaquibZaman When connecting and disconnecting the Power Media Dock the screen will sometimes freeze and you must have almost all applications closed. It's a pain but best thing is to just shut down the computer.

@RaquibZaman I found the finger print swipe is really hard and sticks out and hurts your finger when you use it. Besides that I had issues with delayed start-up, I had restored the computer and found the SSD was faulty so had it exchanged. I would save up and get this if I were you.

@RaquibZaman I wouldn't say the laptop is any different from any other computer out. Every computer will create a little bit of heat if you run the thing for hours on end. I really dont find it hot at all and the fans are no problem either. I think people start to become too picky but they need to remember that the laptop has some serious hardware and it needs to be cooled. I don't agree with anyone saying its too hot or too loud.

great video, just to point out: vents for sucking in air are on both side of keypad (those thin holes at keypad edge). Those 2 at the bottom are for better cooling (blowing out air, same as the vent on left side of laptop).
