You say "that's pretty good" but really it's not that in tune at all.. it was helpful, I just think that if you had your instrument in tune it might be even more helpful.
?? before you make a video on how to tune know what youre doing. how about plucking the note on each string 10 times so we can hear the pitch. That'll make more sense. Most guitar instructional books with cd's do it that way.
Hey guys, I have a friend who plays the uke, and I think it's amazing. My other friend and I both plan on getting one soon, and want to learn together.
I don't play any other instruments, I want to learn guitar and possibly piano eventually. Would this be a good idea for beginners? How easy is it to learn, I've heard that it's easy? Any advice or opinions are welcome and appreciated, thanks.(:
@talksalot1825 I'd tell you to play the guitar first, It's a lot harder than the ukelele, but it gives you more possibilities, plus, when you've succesfully learned to play the guitar, other instruments like the ukelele, bass etc...will be very easier to learn as they'd just require you to learn some new chords (for the uke for example)
THANK YOU SO MUCH! i didnt know what notes the strings were supposed to be! haha it was like a NIGHTMARE! lol until i found this that is thanks thanks thanks!
meh, i wouldn't go to an online tuner. IMO those things are pretty awful. And he's right about nylon strings. take's like a week or two at least for them to settle.
you do not know how to tune bro 0:54 you flat

im really confused. another website sed the top string had to be match to the bottom when the second fret is held. is that true? whats true?
Chachachocotaco 2 years ago
top one (4th string, G) on second fret = bottom string (1st string, A)
next (3rd) string (C) on fourth fret = E (2nd string)

He forgot two things:
you could use a piano/keyboard (duh)
And this tuning generally applies to tenor and soprano ukes.
