I've been watchin the pats ever since they sucked back in the mid 80's when steve grogan was qb, I'm from New Bedford, Ma so the bandwagon comments are stopped cold cold in their tracks when it comes to me and much love to mosi tatupu....one thing though if lt is such a stud than he would have begged norv to let him play, his mcl was strained, not torn, you would have to drag me off the field before i limped off, I mean this is the AFC Championship game.

I have a lot more respect for Rivers, but LT is a wuss, why didn't he play? Rivers' injury was much worse, and he played. plus, THIS IS THE AFC CHAMPIONSHIP!!! Grow a pair. He is a complete wuss compared to the great RB's of the old days. He's good, and he may not miss games, but he didn't play in the most important of his career to date.

it doesn't matter what i want, or want other fans want, you shouldn't be conservative in games like that, Rivers wasn't. Jim Brown said in an interview, "player's how-a-days can get shampoo in their eyes and be out for two weeks." He's is definitely right, NFL has lost a lot of it's toughness, in the 70's, LT wouldn't even have been on the injury report, he would have been on the field the whole game. The least he could've done was cheer is team on rather than sit with his head down.
